Analyzing the data and determining a marketable price range is one of my favorite things to do (#nerd). The biggest one? Overpricing.

You can absolutely sell your home by yourself…if you want to get sued.

KIDDING! You definitely can sell by yourself, but keep in mind that a Realtor can provide valuable expertise, resources, support and guidance throughout the process. Not to mention—have you seen the paperwork that goes into selling a house? Nightmare fuel. As your Realtor, I can help you determine the right price, effective marketing strategy, handle negotiations and the mountain of paperwork, and help navigate any challenges that may arise. I’m also pretty fun, but that part is free.

How can I make my home more appealing to buyers?

So, so many things.

Depersonalize. Declutter. De-accent wall. Anything that neutralizes your home so potential buyers can picture themselves living there will help. Cleaning, repairing any damage or issues, and staging the interior and exterior to show off the best features will make your house as appealing as an Aperol spritz on the Amalfi Coast (did someone say “ciao”?) I’ll give you all my pro tips and suggestions for getting your home ready to list during our consultation.
