Ok so…if you’re on the market and your home is not selling: have you ever thought about the fact that it could be YOUR dirt?

People, no one wants to look at your breakfast crumbs on the counter or your dirty laundry...

Picture this, you walk into the home that was photographed so beautifully, it drew you in. You show up and realize the sellers are super messy and only had the energy to clean for photo day.

Recently I had buyers walk away from a home that was so rundown inside, they didn’t even want to look further. The beehive on the back patio, the creepy stain in the bathroom, the musty smell…we walked straight out 🚪

It’s important to tidy up! 🧹 for every 👏 single 👏 showing 👏
